St. Lawrence NYSARC, Inc. began delivering clinical services in June 1999 through New Dimensions in Healthcare, an Article 28 Diagnostic and Treatment Center. The Article 28 Diagnostic and Treatment Center affords the opportunity for individuals to receive services that may not have been available to them in the past. |

Clinics are located in Massena, Ogdensburg, Gouverneur, Canton, Potsdam and Norwood. Another site will open soon in Hermon. |
